The Aloha+ Challenge is a Hawaiʻi statewide initiative to build a more sustainable and resilient future. It was launched in 2014 with six ambitious sustainability goals, covering topics such as clean energy, waste reduction, and community resilience. The initiative has brought together government, business, and community leaders to work towards a common vision for a better future. To date, the Aloha+ Challenge has made significant progress towards its goals, including increasing renewable energy production and reducing solid waste.
